Victims, Relatives to Witness Execution of DC Sniper

John Allen Muhammed, forty-eight, is set to die by lethal injection in a Virginia prison on November 10th. He and his teenage accomplice are responsible for a string of shootings that left ten dead and three wounded. Several relatives and even some of those that survived his attacks will be witnessing his execution.

Nelson M. Rivera’s wife was killed by Muhammed while vacuuming her van at a gas station. “I feel like it’s going to be the last chapter of this book and I want to see what his expression on his face is. And I want to see if he says anything,” the 38-year-old Rivera said. “I want to see his face and see how he likes that – confronting his death.”
