Suspect Admits Taking NC Girl

A search warrant says that the man who has been charged with kidnapping a five-year-old girl from North Carolina told police he took the girl to the hotel where she was last seen alive. Shaniya Davis was later found dead along a rural road outside of Sanford.

Antoinette, the girl’s mother, is currently charged with human trafficking and child abuse involving prostitution. Several pieces of evidence were taken from Mario McNeill’s car.
