Police Arrest Home Intruder while he Bathed

Texas police arrested a twenty-five-year-old man who broke into a home and was caught taking a bath in the house. The incident occurred on Sunday in a blue-collar area of Tyler, Texas. A police spokesperson said that a resident called and informed police that a man had kicked in the front door of a house. Officers were told while en route to the scene that the resident had left the house, but that the intruder was still inside.

Officers arrived at the scene to find the man naked in the bathtub. The man was arrested after a brief struggle with police and taken to the county jail. He is being held on misdemeanor trespass charges.
