Pharmacist Warned Against Drugs for Anna Nicole Smith

A pharmacist recently testified that he refused to provide drugs prescribed to Anna Nicole Smith, because he said the prescription would be “pharmaceutical suicide.” Ira Freeman testified on Thursday in a hearing that he had called the doctor who prescribed the drugs to Smith and said the list of eight drugs faxed to his pharmacy could kill the former Playboy model.

Freeman said the fax came from Fr. Sandeep Kapoor on behalf of Smith’s psychiatrist, Dr. Khristina Eroshevich. The prescription arrived five months before Smith’s fatal overdose.
