New Book Written by Lawyers Promises for Simplicity and Straight Talk

Los Angeles personal injury lawyer Reza Torkzadeh and Allen P. Wilkinson have written a book entitled Accidents Happen But Who’s Going to Pay the Bills:  A Consumer’s Guide to California’s Personal Injury & Wrongful Death System. Torkzadeh is a practicing attorney who represent’s clients throughout California and focuses only in the area of personal injury and wrongful death cases.  Torkzadeh has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2010.  Wilkinson was first licensed to practice law in California in 1979.  Wilkinson worked for the famous Melvin Belli, also known as the “King of Torts.”  Wilkinson is an accomplished lawyer who’s career was focused on complex personal injury and wrongful death cases.  Wilkinson previously wrote the bestseller Everybody’s Guide to the Law, where he co-wrote with Belli.

The author’s felt the need to provide the average person with an easy to read guide when dealing with an accident.  There are many unknowns and the laws in California can often be difficult to understand.
