Man Dressed as Breathalyzer Gets DUI
A twenty-year-old man dressed as a breathalyzer for Halloween failed to pass the very test he was dressed as. Ohio police stopped James P. Miller of Cincinnati for allegedly driving the wrong way with no headlights on on a one-way street on Halloween night. Police said they found an open container and a partial case of beer in the front seat, as well as beer in the trunk.
Miller blew a .158 (versus the legal limit of .08) and was arrested. He was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, underage possession of alcohol, having an open container and a fake ID, and a one-way street violation. Miller did not comment.
