Four Charged in Pagans Case to Plead Guilty
Four of the fifty-five men charged with federal racketeering aimed at the Pagans Motorcycle Club are expected to enter the first guilty pleas of the case. The low-level defendants will appear in the United States District Court in Charleston on Tuesday. They are expected to plead guilty before Judge Thomas Johnston.
The four men were named in a forty-four count racketeering indictment that accused Pagan leaders, members, and several associates from eight states of various crimes, including murder conspiracy and kidnapping. The four who will appear on Tuesday are charged with cocaine trafficking, firearms violations, and other more minor crimes.
