Federal prosecutors have recommended a maximum sentence of eleven months for the sludge-company rep responsible for exposing corruption in the Detroit government. Jim Rosendall is due in court in Detroit on November 30th. He worked for Synagro Technologies in Houston, and helped it win a contract to recycle treated waste.
